The Seattle Orpheum was closed in May of 1967 and demolished later that same year.

On Moonlight Bay takes place during World War I, when a teenage girl begins a romance with a college student. However, the boy’s unconventional attitudes cause friction with her father. Directed by Roy Del Ruth, the film starred Doris Day, Gordon MacRae and Jack Smith.
